I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.

I had major work done at my cabin adding new gas lines, plumbing lines, venting, furnace/ducts throughout in which Roy's people tackled with efficiency and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for the amazing job, quality of work, and great service that Roy’s Plumbing and Heating has provided!
