My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. The flowers were beautiful and they went the extra mile for me making sure I loved the flowers. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Ordered this beauty just one week before my engagement ceremony. They have the best designers and coordinators who did an incredible job within one week. They have also delivered the flower to us so we won't make any damage to its structure and to make it more convenient for us in terms of pickups/delivery. They services are not expensive tbh.

I was recently looking for some flowers and spotted a new shop
near Terra restaurant.
The new owner (Mauro) was still in the process of setting up his shop, stopped everything to help with my request.
It is my understanding it was a former floral shop and has gone under a huge facelift. The outside and in are beautiful! I would have expected it to be more exspensive.
The bouquet he put together was enjoyed by the recipient and lasted a solid week!
I will definetly be using them again even though I do not live in Thornhill.

Tanya did the flowers for my wedding and she exceeded my expectations. She is lovely to work with and she makes every effort to go above and beyond in the design of her work. She made me feel so calm leading up to my wedding day as well as on my wedding day. She always takes initiative to do extra for her clients to make them feel special and important. I was in such a hurry to meet a client and I wanted to bring her flowers - I called Gratitude and ask them if they could put together a flower arrangement quickly and sure enough they were happy to do it for me - I had never ordered anything before from them and when I picked it up I was so pleased, the arrangement was breath taking and the service was over the top. I would recommend this flower shop to everyone and anyone - you will not be disappointed!!
