Don recently completed a home inspection for me. He took his time, answered all of my questions with accurate and informative answers, suggested updates to be completed within the dwelling as well as squeezed into the crawl space under the house to inspect the structure and ventilation set up. Upon completion of the inspection I promptly received a detatiled report of the inspection with all findings, pictures and recommendations within 24 hours via e-mail. This was the second home inspection that I received from Don and I would highly recommend his service due to his credentials as wells as his dedication to delivering the best service possible. He was detailed and unrushed in his inspection and explained every step of the way what he was looking for as well as his findings.
Don is knowledgable about building codes and past along any potential infractions / recommendations within the report as well.

I see some negative comments on here about Paul I have no idea why. Paul has been great to work with. Answered all of my questions and made me feel like he was working for me. Paul even followed up with myself and my agent to make sure things were being done that I requested. Paul was worth every dime, being a first time home buyer he really took a lot of stress away. Paul is a stand-up guy and very honest.
