Great service and friendly staff. I have been a customer at Fountain Tire for 2 years, which included buying winter tires and rims and then the spring change back to my all season tires with rims, plus tire storage. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I have referred this shop to friends and will definitely continue as a satisfied customer.

Would give 6 stars if possible!! Friendly staff with quick and quality service! Today I popped a tire on my way from Calgary to Drumheller, I dropped by to get my spare tire checked and they were able to tighten my wheel and pump in air in a matter of 5 minutes. They ensured me I would be able to safely make it back and I did! I felt so much safer with their help.

My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked!
They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!

Got a flat at Franchere Bay with checkout looming. These guys got my tire done fast and right! They also noticed my trailer lugnuts were on wrong so they fixed them and retorqued them with no charge. These guys were a pleasure to deal with and life savers!!!

I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !!
