I had a very good experience with the team from Klimit Mechanical, I recently had a Lifebreath HRV installed. Doug came to my house and explained the options removing the old unit and installing a new unit. Once the unit was in, a two man team installed the unit and installed a new main control with new timers. They explained how the unit works and returned to adjust a timer to make sure I was happy. Furnace/Air Cond. was leaking water onto the basement floor. I called LDR and they came within an hour and a half and fixed it in 15 min. He replaced the old drain hose and when he was done would not accept payment for it. When was the last time you saw any tradesperson do that? What an amazing man. He was also very knowledgeable.

The service is amazing! The owner goes out of his way to help his customers. I can't thank Chad enough for alway accommodating us when we have any questions or problems. I always recommend this company to people when needing assistance with their furnace as he is a fair business man who does meticulous work.
