I really appreciate Jean who handled the issue my mom had with her acreage home. I called to get some clarity on behalf of my elderly mother. Jean took the time to look into the matter after we talked on the phone. She called me back an hour later and had the matter sorted and had already set a solution in motion. Furnace/Air Cond. was leaking water onto the basement floor. I called LDR and they came within an hour and a half and fixed it in 15 min. He replaced the old drain hose and when he was done would not accept payment for it. When was the last time you saw any tradesperson do that? What an amazing man. He was also very knowledgeable.
