I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.

We didn’t actually hire this company, but for the best reason: the owner gave me excellent and informative advice on how to avoid paying for work that wasn’t necessary. It’s rare that companies will try to save you money, especially in such a kind and professional way. Thanks again!
