I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. I am so thankful for their kindness and explanation of the real work that needed to be done and making me safe on the road once again. Thank you.

Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. The whole process was so easy and effortless. He really went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.

I've known Andy (Owner) for 5 years now and he has been my mechanic since moving to the Okanagan. He has always been straight forward, friendly, honest, reasonable in his pricing and has never screwed me over. This is a busy little shop and for good reason, so be reasonable and patient. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues without hesitation. No complaints from any of them.

If not for the wonderful people at Craftsman Collision I would’ve paid out of pocket for my Nissan bumper replacement.
