I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! Give them a try!

A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. Sean was so helpful and kind - understanding our dilemma. Both the main office and Sean the driver who came to our aid went above and beyond to get us towed to a place nearby where we could get assistance. I highly recommend and praise this company and its people. Thank you so much

This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.

Impressed with Techs that know Old Cars, New Tractors, New Vehicles. Honest opinions and facts with Pictures to help me understand my issues with my vehicle. I would highly recommend the auto guys. They go above and beyond. They take the extra time to explain what's wrong and why they are doing it. There space is clean and inviting. And the guys that work there are always smiling and friendly. You will not be disappointed.

The boys at Fixauto really came through for me.... I brought them my highly modified Jeep after a wreck. Things were complicated because of my existing mods but they slogged through and brought me back to whole again.
On top of that, my Jeep was deatailed inside and out when I picked it up !!
