I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

I thought I had a great hair stylist in Calgary, but after holidaying in Penticton and needing a hair cut, I (nervously) tried this salon. The owner cut and coloured my hair and now I can't go back to my Calgary stylist! My hair looked fabulous, even 3 months after the cut. This is THE place to go for great hair styling.

Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I would highly recommend him to local residents and Okanagan visitors alike.
