We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.

Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.

This place rocks! just finished a 3 day kayaking trip off of Tunstalll Bay & car was flashing solid red hazard light! Not having much juice in my cell phone I googled a car repair & called. Spoke to Mary who quickly got me to send a pic of my dashboard to her cellphone and gave me the towing #. It was 4:00 and she offered to bring their diagnostic tool after shop closed @ 5 if we didn't get towing help. We got off the island. Mary called me in am to see how we fared! Super super service
