I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way. I did not make the purchase but my experience was very positive and will not hesitate to return to this business in the future.

While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Other aspects were positive enough too that I would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit them next car shopping time.

I needed an unusual part for an old Merc outboard and Dave came through in not only finding said part, but he got in two days. Would definitely recommend. I have worked in the boat parts business, and in Canada it isn't always that easy to get parts at a competitive price. Back orders and minimum orders are always a challenge mid season, so come on folks, appreciate having good people, willing to work with you to get out on the water.

Andrew is a very easy going guy who is also open to negotiation Bought a 2004 Ford Focus zx5, Exprienced a few problems shortly after buying the car and he gladly took the car back to get it looked after. Also gave me a courtesy car so I can make it to work while its in the shop. Would recommend buying a car here.
