A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!

We had bodywork done on our car a few months ago. Unfortunately, something rubbed against the car and put a nasty mark on one of the newly painted car doors. Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. I was oringianlly going to Legget Kia in Burlington and had the worst service of my life, thinking at the time that this was normal for a dealership. They would never tell me what exact maintainence I was paying for etc so I decided to switch to Airport Kia. They were so welcoming and explained everything they did to my car during servicing. They answered all my questions and did not rush! Will be comntinuing my maintainence here!

I learned about A1 from Yellow pages, and gave them a call. I have been looking to purchase a new air conditioner furnace for a few years now. The last few sales men I contacted were pushy and had many hidden costs...very sneaky. So finally I tried A1, The ladies at the office were extremely nice my salesman was fantastic and educated me on what I really needed. The installers were clean, quick, and informative. After they had a quality assurance inspector come out to make sure everything was installed properly and then made sure I understood my new thermostat...by the way wifi is the way to go !!! All in all it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who mentions they need an HVAC company.
