Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available

Patrick was great to deal with and came through with everything promised and on time. They are very strict with there appointments during COVID but a very neat place to finish the transaction. Deborah is an awesome person and a fantastic lawyer. I have known her for almost 40 years and she is the best lawyer ever. A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean.
