I was having a lot of trouble finding a company that would do lawn service mid-season. I was told a lot of companies were booked up, or would send someone to make an estimate, and they never showed. Finally, I phoned Greener Grass.
The customer service rep I spoke with was very professional. She was able to give me an estimate right away (she looked up my property details online, I believe). She worked out a service plan that suited my needs at a price I felt was very reasonable.
The lawn care people were there the very next day. They were fast, and my lawn looked great. My property is a rental, and my landlord needed to get the yard landscaped -it was terrible. Greener Lawns was not there to landscape, but they still did an amazing job.
There was a problem with my booking, they actually serviced the lawn for a month past when I'd moved out, which I hadn't requested. They corrected the mistake with good grace, or at least how it was applied to my bill... which I really appreciated.
