I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. You stated there was no charge for the heat gun application that took mere seconds to remove the item, and to show mutual deserved respect, I came back with one dozen donuts. I have my two vehicles transmission rebuild at JP Transmission. Before taking my vehicle to this shop I got second opinions and estimates from other shops. JP’s estimate lower than other shops with same warranty. Pav the owner of this shop was helpful, honest and provided different options to repair my vehicle. Since than I am regular customer of JP Transmission for all my vehicles regular maintenance. I highly recommend JP Transmission for all small or big repair jobs.

Great customer service. Excellent work. I took my car in for detailing and was very satisfied with the quality of work. The detailer cleaned every corner of the vehicle. When I picked up it was showroom condition. There service is above 5 star more like 10/10. Reasonably priced and quality of work is unbelievable. I have taken my car to detailing shops in my area and never got good professional care or quality. Highly recommend my drive from Surrey to Richmond was so worth it.
