I have every confidence in the veterinarians and staff at this facility. As well as being expert at what they do, they are kind, patient and caring. Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!
