I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindstrom for over 7 years now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Before I came to her office I was an infrequent visitor to dentists ... now I go regularly, and I can say I actually enjoy the experience! I am giving the 5 star to this business.They are working weekends and yes, long hours all week around.The Peter and his helper were working with my car. They did interior: performed all list of services to kill bad dog smell in may car. Now may car brand new looking inside with nice strong smell. Also they have pleasant rates comparing to similar shops. Thank you very much. Recommend :)
