Propt and Friendly Customer Service! In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.
