Wow is all I can say when it comes to activelife rehab and it's amazing staff!! I was always sceptical of this sort of thing, but I must not anymore. I awoke one morning and could barely walk. But 3 physio appointments later and I was a brand new person. And then just when u thought I couldn't feel any better they started me on massage therapy and let tell you there is nothing greatert then to be able to stand up straight and tall with no pain!! Almost feels like I grew a few inches. A big thank you to all of you!!

On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. They both were calm and friendly, spoke with me on how to go about fixing my bike and showed me what was wrong. They explained everything beautifully. They
