I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. Fantastic outfit! Had work done on my clutch and was super impressed with the fast, friendly and professional service I received. The staff were all amazing and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. When I had a problem after a few months they were happy to get it fixed straight away and it was all covered under warranty and I was treated with the same curteous and efficient manner as always. Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available
