I believe we've used Bruce Philp Florist for the past 50 years. We have received such excellent service we've never gone anywhere else for our floral needs. We were concerned when Mr.Philp retired that the business would close, but have continued to receive the same outstanding attention.

The company fixed picks, valleys and curbs on our interlocking driveway. At first we were sceptical, but when job progressed we were more than happy. The boss did more work then we asked for. Beautiful job.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks with my family. The breakfast was continental but the michigan diner which is next door has breakfast and they are always busy. The playground for our kids right in front of our room was a hit. We did not use the pool but it was frequently used. The maids were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again .

My son had flowers delivered for my birthday on January 27th. Today (February 17) I am just throwing the last of them away. A beautiful arrangement and long lasting.

Daks did an amazing job on a funeral arrangement I sent. The whole family commented on the arrangement. It definitely stood out. I will always use their services again.

I always love going into the store and choosing my arrangement from the wide assortment of flowers in the back. I was thrilled to receive flowers from the flower shop because I didnt know that was a service that was offered. The flower arrangement was so beautiful and it lasted such a long time!

Thumbs Up for Essex Flower Basket
My Husband and I have now been to this flower shop maybe a half a dozen times in the past year. Each time we walk in we are greeted by someone and asked if they can help. Some times they can some times it’s more a just look-see kind of deal. Each visit we walk out with what our intent was to walk in to begin with.
Mary is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever had a chance to introduce myself to. Even thought or visit to this store are never long this past visit she welcomed me by my first name, that took me by surprise!
The staffs at Essex Flower Basket are all wonderful
My Husband and I live in Windsor and have no real reason to visit Essex; however it’s a one stop shop for Anniversary, Birthday, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and for those moments that you feel you need to do something special for someone.
The assortment of products makes you want to walk about the store twice.
I would like to say Thank you to Mary and the staff at Essex Flower Basket and invite anyone to go and see what this store has to offer. You will be happy you did.
