I figured I would have to replace my lock but when I called these guys and they sent there technician out he was able to simply service the lock - saved me a ton of money and now it works like new!

I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends. They answered all of my questions, were very pleasant and competent and completed their work efficiently. Their cost for a house call was well below that of two other companies I had phoned.

Fully recommended. Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. Took my laptop to a couple places before I went to see The Computer Guys. They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable. I will give them business again By far the Computer Repair shop I have ever been to in Vancouver.
