We purchased a pub style dining set in 2012 from Hayward's. First, I have to say - I love their delivery service. You can actually schedule an appointment to have your furniture delivered in an hour window (not wait around an entire day or half a day). The delivery was punctually and prompt. My appointment was for 11:00 am and they arrived minutes after, unpacked, assembled and we were all on our way 15 minutes later (I didn't even use my entire lunch hour).
Some of our stools were damaged and Hayward's had no issue sending out new chairs and picking up the old ones.
A year later, a piece broke off one of our stools. At this point, the supplier had discontinued the set but, Robin took the time to find extra stools and have them shipped up from the states for us. We are not impressed with the stool construction but, the customer service has been great. I doubt very much that some of the chain furniture stores would of went through the effort that Robin did to replace our broken stool extending the life of our set.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Ledrew and Sons in packing up our belongs after a flood and than returning them back to us this week. I have to say the Professionalism and friendliness of this TEAM was amazing…and Fast. Everything was returned as it had left, with no damage and we’ll wrapped. It’s Amazing to see this service still exists in todays crazy world. Thank you guys from the. Bottom of our hearts for getting us back to normal before Christmas. Merry Christmas to ALL❤️

Initially, I was looking for a place to rent as I was new to NL, but Craig turned my rental status to being a homeowner! He used to come to pick us up from the hotel and take us around to see homes on the market. He never stopped until he made sure we found a home that met our needs. Absolutely incredible spot! The staff are so friendly and helpful - they are truly willing to help in any way they can. I ordered my sister’s baby shower cake and they fulfilled the order well beyond anything I expected and for a price that I certainly would have paid double elsewhere. Such a great local place with so many options of desserts, pastries, homemade foods and baked goods. Do yourself a favour and visit!

The only place in NL that has several choices of Electric Vehicles at affordable price points. Green Rock E.V.S. is making it easy for Newfoundlanders to save money ( bye bye gas stations! ) and do their part to reduce their carbon footprint!

Randy came recommended and I was not disappointed. He is extremely professional. Randy is an excellent listener. He is fair, nonjudgmental and very effective in his therapeutic methods and in keeping on task so that time is well spent in session. I work in the helping profession and I have knowledge of many counsellors and therapists in the St. John's area. Randy rates at the very top! It was easy to open up to him and refreshing to work with him.
