Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

After finally facing the really that our debts couldn't be paid we made the call to Slocombe and Assoc. They have Been so good to us, especially
julie. We can finally sleep at night again and look forward to a future without the heavy weight over whelming debt

Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service with top quality workmanship. The repairs were quite reasonable (less than I guessed they would be). My car is only 3 months old and they repaired the damage to looking almost new again. I was disappointed in myself for damaging my new car and now it looks great. From estimate to pick-up the process was smooth and professional.

When a lot of our prized Furniture was damaged by the removal company, we were lucky enough to be recommended to David. Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about the impecable service provided.

My doctor sent me to Natalie at Ultimate Success because I needed to lose 30lbs before I can have surgery. I am impressed and happy to say that in 4 months I lost that weight and can now have my surgery. Trevor and his team were exceptional! He diagnosed our problem quickly with his camera system - Finding crushed drain pipe in a number of areas and a small underground spring which we had no idea about! He put together a very comprehensive estimate of work required. When work started his team were obviously well trained, clean and very polite. We are extremely satisfied with the work having had another drainage company up before who did not discover these problems.
