Hi Judy, I just wanted to thank you again for today. You were bang on with everything, it was incredible! I also have to tell you this. My sister came a little while ago to pick her kids up and I was telling her about today. When I told her what you said about me looking for a ring, and that I would find it, that someone had it, not realizing they had it, she looked at me funny and said "I have it." This ring belonged to my great uncle Albert, and Tracy and I both remember her telling us it was his ring. (A signet ring with the letter A on it). Apparently other family members always thought it was the letter V, and that it belonged to our great grandfather, Albert's brother Verne. I'm still in shock, I can't believe I have found it already! Thanks so much!

We had Joe Bodnar do three projects at our house. First a large renovation doing a finished basement. The workmanship was outstanding, whether it was the framing, drywall, taping, sanding, and painting. Price was very good too, and Joe worked seamlessly with all trades. The finished basement looks excellent! We then had him do a full fence replacement (picture shown) and tiling in our kitchen (picture shown). We intend to use him for some work at our cottage too! Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough good things about James and his crew. We were completely impressed with the super quick response time, all of our questions getting answered without hesitation and 2 days later my fireplace was completed! It's looks fabulous and is exactly how I envisioned it would look. Shereen Masonry is professional and wonderful to deal with. They are experts at what they do and I would highly recommend them for any masonry project. Thank you again for the amazing fireplace we now have.

Dominic and Terry were excellent. Quality of work and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. They came in did work far beyond our expectations for the final result. Hard workers, very clean (never left a mess behind), very efficient, the time estimate they provide is very accurate and the quality of their work is hard to beat. We will definitely call them again in the future. Only complaint is that they don't specialize in other areas because I'd get them to do ALL my renovations!

We toured all of the Peterborough retirement residences when we were looking for a spot for my father. Applewood immediately felt warm and welcoming. We have never regretted the decision. They have provided a home-like atmosphere, with caring staff, and plenty of activities for those so inclined. The management response during this COVID pandemic has been nothing short of heroic. Ron made a great effort to rebuild my 1885 decorative chimney before the roofers came.
At the same time they rebuilt a brick wall in my yard and repointed the house! They were very nice, fun to have around, and hard working. All in all they did an exquisite job on everything they touched. I'd be happy to have them back but they did the kind of job that will last for decades.
Thanks tons Ron and to your guys as well!!! I'm happy to give you a reference if you should ever need one!

Dr. Jibb sold his practice to a great dentist, Dr. Neil Gupta! I was nervous on my first visit, but Brenda assured me I was in good hands. She was right! The two work well together, with great flow and banter. I recommend Dr. Neil & Brenda for your dental work!

I went in here to have my sunglasses fixed. I purchased the sunglasses at Nelms. The pin would pop and the frames would fall apart into two pieces. Nelms took 3 months to replace the pin. So I went elsewhere when it popped again. The lady at Green Eyeware was delightful. She came up with an idea for a more permanent fix. And it work. Great one on one skills. She treated me like a person and not a customer. My new go to stop for all eye ware.
