Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.

My son broke his glasses while visiting from Ontario. The friendly people at VernonOptometry did a temporary repair, and even gave him a complimentary pair of contact lenses to get us through the rest of our holidays. Awesome service, and very much appreciated!

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

I was referred to Dr Chalmers when I had some problems after cataract surgery, had also had a fall
I was in Summerland at the time and a Friday afternoon. Dr Chalmers waited for me to get there. so pleased with his service. had to see him several times to correct what was going on. thank you, staff great.
