The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.

After years of negative dental experiences, I found the great group at EastVan Dental! Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the technicians, to the dentists. Their understanding and genuine care really made the world of difference for me. To have such a caring group take care of my dental needs, starting with a conscious-sedation session, to follow up care. I can honestly say this is the best dental care Ive ever received! Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.

I was extremely anxious and emotional about going to the dentist since I haven't been for 10yrs. Dr Regnier was so kind and supportive and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. He's definitely helped my fear of the dentist. I will be going back to him for any future work

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!
