Food is fantastic, waiters are lovely, staff all around very caring and courteous. Have made this our family dinners when my parents come up to visit- never had a bad night or service here everything is fantastic!

My wife and I have gone to Flippers for 25 years and we simply love it there.
We get really well treated. Mostly because we are regulars and are very nice to the staff and we tip extremely well (sometimes 30% of total bill) The meals are exceptional, the service is wonderful and we have often taken people with us, who have become clients of Flippers on their own. When we leave the restaurant we compare notes and my wife and I normally say how wonderful everything was. It is one of our faourites in Ottawa.

The lunch menu is excellent, you can build your own or choose one of their many choices available.
My friend and I had the garlic shrimp (breaded) and the garlic grilled on a skewer, rice. I also had the cream of bacon and potato soup to die for and of course their cheddar corn biscuits complimentary with every meal.
The service is next to none, excellent food and price.
The bathroom facilities and overall restaurant are very clean. Lots of free parking onsite.
I recommend this restaurant.
