I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. Service is amazing always leave happy they know how to recommend or give tips about my curls. Everyone so friendly they all make you feel at home. If you have curly hair and need to get them alive again, you need to call Curl Ambassador Vaughan or one close to you.

What toped it off is Mimmo, If you have any special occasion just go and ask for him. he helped my fiancé to find a perfect suit for our wedding and honestly we didn’t have to say a word. Jamie Bruce was excellent from start to finish with my accident. Every legal questioned answered, with everything explained in plain language. Jamie over the four years it took to settle my claim, which was much quicker, then expected. I cant stress how important it is to have a lawyer and staff that care. Desiree is amazing! 3rd time going and rebooking asap. Her pressure is great. She gets deep into the muscles but it's somehow still relaxing. She's quiet during which is lovely- answers questions when I have them. She's very smart and very good at her job. Will start recommending to friends and fam :)
