Sean was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His background as an engineer and his years operating in the city have given him firsthand knowledge of literally almost every building in that we inquired on. My experience with Bill de Mooy was fantastic. I had a complicated situation which required great patience over many months as well as fast, thorough action when required. Bill handled the whole thing with grace and efficiency. He was always there, making time to mesh with our complicated schedules, and did quick work with inquiries the city, the mortgage broker, the sellers etc. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did he mention a peep about all the inconvenience I put him through.

I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. I will use Dysco truck rental again when I need one.
