Absolutely excellent service and high quality, perfect work. Great attention to detail, and little bonus extras too. Car looked sparkly new on the outside AND inside! Fantastic, clear, communication, patient and kind to listen and answer all my questions, which is something I deeply value. Quick to answer phone, quick to get back to me, quick to provide quote, quick to get the car in. Loaner car was a really nice Hyundai Elantra and easily fit my Graco4ever car seat. I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.
