WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. Hi, I have used Ultra Comfort in Mississauga 2 different times now and have been extremely happy on both occurrences. The first time was for our home furnace/ac and the second was for a gas fireplace. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable plus their service is GREAT. A very nice family owned and operated business. They actually cared about our house and did a great job!

The air conditioner at my business died on the hottest day of the year - what could be worse than that ??? When Mike came over to take a look he mentioned it might be the compressor and because I was so desparate to have it working, I approved the $ 1200 or so that it would cost to replace it with a new one.
In the end, some sort of a power boost was all that was required to kick start the unit and the compressor !!!!
Dave and Mike saved me a thousand bucks !!! This is the type of honesty that we need more of in business. Thank you for being above-board in your dealings with customers- continued success in your business.

A.C PROBLEM SOLVED BY CURATIVE
My A.C broke down in the middle of heat wave. I called Curative for the first time from Internet. They gave me an urgent appointment and were on schedule. Our Air Conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of summer, and we called Canada Climate Services. Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.
