Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace. I am happy to say, he won't leave you hanging if you have an issue, he's on top of it. Highly recommend him to you.

Had a furnace replacement February 28th Rico and Jojo did a great job totaly professional everyone involved in the company that I delt with Curtis / korrena / Rico / and Jojo answered any questions I had in a timely manner.

Steve did an excellent job of cleaning ducts, inspecting furnace and water heater Oct. 2, 2019. Explained clearly what was being done and answered all of our questions. Would hire again.

I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. I called these guys and they didn't hesitate to come and resolve my heating problem. The gentleman who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. My furnace motor went the other day, and I called Dyand Mechanical as they had originally installed the furnace. They had someone out and the motor replaced, within a couple hours of me calling them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
