WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. Hi, I have used Ultra Comfort in Mississauga 2 different times now and have been extremely happy on both occurrences. The first time was for our home furnace/ac and the second was for a gas fireplace. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable plus their service is GREAT. A very nice family owned and operated business. They actually cared about our house and did a great job!

The air conditioner at my business died on the hottest day of the year - what could be worse than that ??? When Mike came over to take a look he mentioned it might be the compressor and because I was so desparate to have it working, I approved the $ 1200 or so that it would cost to replace it with a new one.
In the end, some sort of a power boost was all that was required to kick start the unit and the compressor !!!!
Dave and Mike saved me a thousand bucks !!! This is the type of honesty that we need more of in business. Thank you for being above-board in your dealings with customers- continued success in your business.

A.C PROBLEM SOLVED BY CURATIVE
My A.C broke down in the middle of heat wave. I called Curative for the first time from Internet. They gave me an urgent appointment and were on schedule. The technician Ali, fixed my A.C and gave me a solution for the problem at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend Curative Inc for your heating and Air conditioning work.

We had our heat pump fail on New Years a couple of years ago. Called one company who came out and took out a part that was causing the heat pump to fail. So he hooked up so our electric furnace would keep us warm. It did of course, but we then used a lot more electricity- enough that the Hydro company called because our bill/usage had skyrocketed.
Unfortunately, this company didn't deal with replacing a heat pump. We found one dealer who came out and said a particular part was kaput, so we needed to replace the furnace and the heat pump. and gave us a price.
At that point, we figured if it was the whole system to replace, we should check out another quote. So one of the companies we called was Grand River. Bill came out assessed the situation. He found that that part could have been replaced for a lot less than the whole new system.
In the end, we did replace the whole system, partly because there were government incentives at the time which gave us about a $1000 in rebates. And we appreciated Bill's honesty and expertise.
Our system was over 20 years old and the heat pump compressor was not in the best of shape.

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.
