The Nahanni Inn Dining Room is a clean, comfortable place to have a quick bite, however, if you are looking for fine dining, this might not be the place to go. That being said, there is not much option in Fort Simpson. The meal was hot and filling, the burger was processed and the fries were cooked from frozen. The hot turkey sandwich was made with oven roasted turkey (cooked on-site). Overall a nice place with friendly staff and decent food.

In the days of short light span a traveling person who does not like to drive in the darkness will find a gem in this sedate stop over.
Just after crossing the MacKenzie River it is a restfulplace to overnight. Rooms are clean and quiet with a friendly atmosphere.
