All their vehicles come certified and E-tested, as well most of them come with a power train warranty. I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

I bought a 2004 Santa Fe from here and I was really happy with how clean it was. Within a week, the engine light came on and Fadi scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, no questions asked. He was really patient and made sure the problem was fixed well.
