I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. I was very happy with my experience at Lifemark. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner by the receptionist. I filled out a form to describe my issue--an arthritic hand. Abbi was always on time, and she and Trish taught me good exercises which greatly improved the condition of the hand. They are simple and can be done almost anywhere. I have been dealing with Roland at Rust Check for many years. He is also an amazing mechanic and can fix any car. He is also honest and very kind. He genuinely likes to help people and has helped me on many occasions. My car overheated in Port Perry and CAA had it towed for me all the way from Port to Scarborough and the tow truck driver even knew Roland from their younger days. He had nothing but great things to say too.
