I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. Very convenient to be able to request an appointment online. My schedule is very hectic so I can never book my appointments when I’m in the clinic. Sending off my request online is super easy and I usually get a phone call back within 20 minutes with my preferred appointment booked!
