I have had an amazing experience with Nexgen Hearing. After trying hearing aids ten years ago, and not liking them, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved technology. This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.
