I dropped off lock and key sets for my 1964 Ford Galaxie, and I hoped that the Biggar’s could rework them and make them use-able. They rose to the challenge and did an excellent job with those vintage parts. When I returned to pick them up, my other car would not start when I was leaving. Kevin went above and beyond to help me. Great place to shop. We've bought some of our best furniture from them. If they don't have it they can get it. It's nice to go into a place and have someone ask if you need something unlike some others places around where you're looking forever to find help.

I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.
