I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. The best way I can sum up my entire experience is completely old school customer service. From the warm genuine greeting I received when I entered to the helpful nature of all the staff.
