A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

I recently entered into my first investment property purchase and had the pleasure of dealing with Jameson Glas (Attorney) and Veronica (assistant to Mr. Glas). Everyone from the Front desk (Rosanne) to Jameson was very friendly and professional. I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

I bought a used mini-van from Sam. It needed a couple of issues fixed and he looked after them quite fast. He and his family that work at the dealership are very friendly and seem quite concerned about their sales. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sam.
