The Owner, Scott, is very knowledgeable about what the prices are and what he can sell things for. He has a vast variety of things for everyones taste. His loans on items are fair and reasonable and on par with the going rates. Hes very pleasant to interact with and he knows his business well. The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

I highly recommend this salon! I had Aklina as my stylist and she is absolutely amazing and works so hard to create the exact look you want. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and kind. I was even asked by the manager if I wanted a coffee since I would be there for a few hours getting my hair coloured. The Cut Above has a very clean and professional environment.

I was highly impressed by their excellent customer service, efficient work, and attention to detail. My cottage has large, cathedral-type windows that previously let in a lot of sunlight and UV rays.
