Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I stopped into Mosiac after a workout and Lindsay took me right in for a consult on reshaping my brows. She was meticulous, had a vision of her goal and was enthusiastic. She shared helpful tips. She made me feel very comfortable with her sweet mannerisms and energetic personality. The reshaping made a huge difference in my appearance and attitude. For a few dollars you get a great face update.
Mosaic's atmosphere is elegant chic, but not too over the top.
I now go for other services because I am confident in the quality of the service that is provided. Lindsay is busy, but I am sure that the other staff members probably mirror the delivery of service. Generally I book ahead-but a few times I have called and was accommodated within a few hours.
