THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! We have shopped at both locations upon moving to the Tsawwassen area last year. We love the selection of products, and if they don't have it, they'll always order it. Their prices are superior to any other store we've been to, and my husband and I enjoy the "family biz" atmosphere. They always greet our dogs (a border collie and a lab x) and offer a cookie. Pets N Us is a high point in our dogs' day! Would recommend them to anyone!

I was at first very hesitant when I first found out about 4 Pillars and get to talk to Dale. A few minutes later, I have then realized it was the best choice I have ever made in my liffe. The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution.
