Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. They're such wonderful people and always willing to go out of their way, the whole staff, to help you. They offer many services with a smile. Sorry for being overly complimentative but I can't help it, it is all true. I have a BMW 328i If you have ever owned a BMW you know there is no one more unhappy than a BMW owner the day after the warrantee is up. I have been going to R.G. Diagnostics for about 12 years. I trust Ryan completely. The last job he did would have cost me $4300.00 just for the part, He fixed the part and the problem for about $450 labour included. I highly recommend R.G.
