I can't say enough good things about Kyle...! I'm new in town and got referred his number from someone i met here in creston...I would highly recommend him...! He's very knowledgeable and made himself available for me with my multiple seemingly annoying phone calls i had about a renovation i was working on... My 5phone year old fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I went online to find a repair service and came across Purcell Appliance. The Tech was out with an hour, identified the problem, said he would look into the warranty and then let me know what was the best way to move forward. The parts where covered under warranty and he had them in within 3 days and installed on the fourth day.. I knew the cost in advance and nothing was hidden. Fridge is working perfectly now.
