I had no idea how much wood I was wasting due to improper burning practices. Since following your advice I have reduced my wood consumption by one-third. (A miracle considering the long, cold winter we have been having)!

We had an opportunity to visit the show room for the first time and were quite well serviced. I believe Steve was our first contact, well we were so impressed we got our fire place serviced and a BARBQUE GAS was also purchased. The bbq was assembled, delivered the gas line hooked up. I would say this business understands service.

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

We had a very good repair call from Phil. It was a difficult repair, but Phil was extremely patient working methodically to get to the blower. Once it was removed, not an easy process, he had a new replacement on hand and installed. No need for a second call. Phil added some new embers and our fireplace looks and is working better than ever! Highly recommend. Thank you again Phil.
