Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Had such an awesome experience with Klomps. We had a landscape design created and installed by Klomps and from the beginning we felt welcomed and no pressure. Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.

I bought a little lilac tree and planted it in the fall. Its doing great and is flowering now. The staff was very helpful and gave me tips on care and feeding my tree.

Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)
